What is an ATS and why does it matter?
An applicant tracking system is the software many employers use to read and sort resumes before a person sees them. If it cannot parse yours, or finds none of the role’s keywords, you can be filtered out early.
Will the AI write fake achievements for me?
No. Rewrites keep your facts and leave placeholders where a number belongs. Ready-made phrases do the same, with {slots} for you to fill.
Can I change my template later?
Yes, at any point, and nothing you wrote is lost. You can also change the accent colour and reorder sections on the Finalize screen.
What happens if I cancel?
